Chief Technical Architect
Eleven years experience in software development, web development, database design, system architecture and system administration make Steve a great resource for technical system design. He knows what can be done and how to get it done.
Ever since his first computer, a Texas Instruments TI-99/4A "super computer", he has been avidly programming, as well as disassembling computers. Recently, he also has taken to disassembling and "reprogramming" motorcycles in his spare time.
Some recent achievements include...
- Designed and implemented a debit card and payment processing system for an international corporation, running on a Xen virtual server infrastructure, and fully PCI compliant, integrating the service with several third party vendors.
- Deployed and customized several SugarCRM installations, integrating them with other data systems such as Pinnacle Cart, Magento, Drupal, and Open Journal Systems to allow for seamless access to customer data across organizations.
- Extended WiKID, a two-factor authentication system, to use LDAP for user management of what has become quite possibly the world's most secure "single sign on" system, and certainly the leader of the pack in open source authentication systems.
