A quarterly, scholarly journal was in need of an online store, not only to sell subscriptions, back issues, and books, but also act as an e-publishing sales channel with downloadable PDF articles, PDF back issues, e-books, and other e-publications. With minimal staff available to update the store, much of the product management needed to be automated. And with little time or money to spare, they needed a revenue-generating solution delivered quickly with minimal investment.
